Hi! I’m Nadia — Melbournian, needle felter, cat mum, anglophile and founder of Stardust Support Services.
I created Stardust in May 2023, after being diagnosed with ADHD and seeing a major gap in support services available to people like me.
So I got to work creating Australia’s first VA service that specialises in helping folks tackle the absolute beast that is modern life admin.
After nearly twenty years in admin (and one too many fluorescent-lit offices), I left corporate life during Melbourne’s lockdown to care for my dad and retrain in disability support. Around the same time, I was diagnosed with ADHD — and later Autism — and suddenly the puzzle pieces clicked. I understood not only why the world felt so hard to keep up with, but also how I could make it easier for others like me.
What started as a Google Sheet and a dream quickly became something bigger — a whole team of VAs offering compassionate, neuroaffirming admin support that reached hundreds of people across Australia and New Zealand.
These days it’s just me again (with the exception of my Office Manager, Lainie).
Stardust is still growing, shifting, and sparkling in new directions, but its heart remains the same:
to calm the chaos, celebrate difference, and make everyday life a little bit easier to manage.
