We hope the rest of our website has given you a good sense of who we are and what we’re about, but here are some key points to keep in mind before reaching out:
We’re a small, neurodivergent-led team — working from our home offices, kitchen tables, and yes, sometimes from bed (or under a weighted blanket with chip crumbs on it). We’re not a big agency or a faceless corporation. Just humans doing our best to make life easier for other humans.
We know what executive dysfunction feels like. We’ve been bested by Centrelink forms and stared blankly at our overflowing inboxes. That’s why our support works — because we get it.
In return, we ask for kindness, patience, and respect. When there’s mutual understanding, that’s when the real magic happens.
