What I do
At Stardust, there’s no job too “trivial” or too humungous
to warrant asking for support. Seriously.
Don’t see what you need? That doesn’t mean I can’t do it! Reach out and let me know how I can help.
Accountability
Many of us struggle with getting our “stuff” done when there are no consequences to anyone besides ourselves if we let it slide.
I offer judgement-free accountability texts, emails or phone calls to help keep you on track, as often as you need.
-
If there are things you'd like a nudge about on a regular basis, I can keep you accountable in a number of ways!
By setting up personalised, recurring texts (or emails) to go out to you automatically at the time of your choosing — you can also ask me to follow up on these texts if you don’t reply, or you can just treat them like a notification.
By scattering quick, 30-minute phone or video calls throughout your week to use as “check points” — making sure you’re on task
By checking in with you to simply ask how something is going!
I’ll invoice you for whatever time we’ve at the end of the week — or, if you’re privately funded (not NDIS), we can set it up just like a subscription. Set and forget!
-
Text & email prompts:
Remembering to submit timesheets/invoices
Remembering to take breaks through the work day
Remembering to eat or take meds
Remembering to complete physio exercises
30-minute check-in calls:
Staying on track with boring jobs
Verbalising goals or to do lists
Task transition
Prepping (mentally or logistically) for an upcoming appointment
Simply having someone waiting on the other end — this can be the difference between someone opening their laptop and getting started, VS doomscrolling (no shade)
Life admin
For the things that make you go ‘UGH’.
Wouldn’t it be nice if there was someone who actually wanted to do your boring, tedious life admin? Hello hi, that’s me.

This support can be provided in a number of ways, and is entirely based around your preferences and capacity. We can get on a video/phone call to chat details, or you can email/text me instead. Once I’ve got all the info I need, I’ll get to work.
I’ll keep you updated every step of the way on progress and time spent — and you will only be billed for the time used.
-
Online research — e.g. finding a tradie or allied health practitioner, finding a replacement charger for an ancient piece of tech you found in a drawer
Inbox clean-ups and management — clearing + unsubscribing from junk, creating folders and filters to keep it manageable
Calendar management — adding work rosters, kids schedules, etc
Drafting and proofreading emails/letters (without the use of generative AI, promise)
Making appointments and other phone calls
Planning holidays and big events
Creating trackers and other resources custom to you
So much more!
Body doubling
There are some things that just can’t be outsourced - e.g. studying, doing your banking or replying to emails that you’d prefer to keep private. But I can still help!
This is a great chance to set some goals and have me support you every step of the way.
-
Traditionally this is done over video call — but phone and even text is fine too. You’ve got me for however many hours you’ve booked, and I’ll show up however you need me to.
I can either sit quietly and let you do your thing, acting as moral support and an accountability buddy, or you can handball some of your tasks to be worked on while you get into focus mode.
-
Anything that you don’t want to do, but need to do. The list is pretty much endless, but a couple of examples:
Studying
Invoicing clients
Writing case notes
Paying NDIS invoices
Filling out paperwork
Working on a website or other projects
One-off projects
Got a big, ugly, low-dopamine task that you’d love to palm off to someone else?
Large research projects, inbox clean-ups, planning for a big life event — I’ve got you.
NDIS support
I’m now offering NDIS Support Coordination (levels 1 + 2) and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching.
I am currently at capacity, but if you would like to join my waitlist, please do, and I’ll reach out if a spot becomes available.
