Accountability
Many of us struggle with getting our “stuff” done when there are no consequences to anyone besides ourselves if we let it slide.
I offer judgement-free accountability calls, texts or emails to help keep you on track, as often as you need.

Whether it’s a 5-minute call each morning to prompt you to eat brekkie and take your meds, or a 30-minute check-in on a Friday to chat about how your week went, and set goals for the week ahead – whatever works best for you. And if we find something isn’t quite working as you hoped, we can change it up until we find what does.

Life admin
Delegate your to-do list!
Your involvement will depend on the task itself (e.g. complexity, confidentiality), but I try to take things entirely off your plate where possible.

I can also provide some assistance with NDIS related admin, such as finding services or interpreting your plan, however I do not offer Support Coordination and shouldn’t be used to supplement this (we can chat about what that boundary looks like).

This support can be provided in a number of ways – we can jump on a call together and work in tandem, catch up over the phone to hand over details, or you can simply email or text me when you have a job for me to do if you’re not comfy over video or phone (or if you just don’t feel like talking!).
I’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

There are some things that just can’t be outsourced - e.g. studying, doing your banking or replying to emails that you’d prefer to keep private. But I can still help!
This is a great chance to set some goals and have me support you every step of the way.

I can either sit quietly and let you do your thing, acting as moral support and an accountability buddy, or you can handball some of your tasks to be worked on while you get into focus mode.
For example, while you work on your uni assignment, I can book some medical appointments or research the best Internet deal for you.
