Section 1. What You’re Buying

Prepaid hours purchased through the shop on this website entitle you to my time, at the rate paid at time of purchase, regardless of any change to my standard rate before the hours are used.

Section 2. Eligibility

Prepaid hours are only available to private-paying clients with active service agreements. They are not available for NDIS-funded support.

If you have not engaged in services for more than 12 months, please contact me before making any purchases.

Section 3. Validity

Hours are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, in line with Australian Consumer Law requirements for prepaid vouchers.

Section 4. How hours are used

You can either:

• Book time directly via my booking page, which shows my current availability, or

• Flag work as non-urgent and I will complete it within my ordinary working schedule

I will let you know your remaining balance each time a task is completed, and will notify you when your balance is running low.

Section 5. Estimating time

Task length varies significantly and can be hard to predict in advance. Where possible I'll give you an estimate before starting larger pieces of work.

Section 6. Refunds‍ ‍

If I cease trading for any reason, you will receive a full refund for any unused hours.

For any other reason (change of mind, no longer needing support, etc.) unused and unbooked hours may be refunded on request, minus a small administration fee.

Hours already booked or used are non-refundable.

Section 7. Payment plans (packs only)

Payment plans are available for packs of hours (available in multiples of 2, up to 10 hours total). A deposit of 25% is required, then the balance is split into equal instalments over the period specified at check-out (usually 6 x fortnightly payments). Hours are available for use once the deposit is paid.

If instalments lapse, I will contact you before pausing access. Outstanding hours remain valid once payment resumes.

Section 8. No cash redemption

Prepaid hours cannot be exchanged for cash and have no value other than as credit toward my services.

Section 9. Non-transferable

Prepaid hours are for your use only and cannot be transferred to another person.
